You’ll serve as the weekend front desk presence, handle phones, emails, calendars, and assist with MLS and Promontory systems, while supporting daily operations.

That role suits someone who excels in luxury hospitality, is highly organized, and eager to learn MLS processes in a private-club environment.

Qualifications

Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist prospective buyers, Club members, and guests with a warm and professional approach
• Serve as the primary weekend presence at the Sales Center front desk
• Support the Real Estate Sales team with daily administrative and client-service needs
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with client communication
• Maintain schedules, calendars, records, and sales-related information
• Assist with MLS, databases, spreadsheets, and other sales systems
• Prepare the Sales Center for daily operations and special events
• Stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Anticipate the needs of the Sales team and help create a seamless client experience
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with clients and real estate transactions
