Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN) to oversee nursing operations on weekend shifts. You will ensure high-quality resident care, proper staffing support, and on-site leadership during Saturdays and Sundays.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program with a South Carolina LPN license, has long-term care experience, and strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills to foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
Long-term care and rehab experience required.
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) during weekend shifts
Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership
Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations
Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team
Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
