Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) to lead weekend clinical operations at our Greer, SC facility. Part-time role overseeing LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality resident care.

You will act as on-site clinical leader, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating staffing, and maintaining accurate documentation. A SC RN license and LTC experience are required; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
