Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend swing at Northpoint Idaho in Meridian, ID. This part-time role supports the clinical team, administers meds, and coordinates care under supervision of RN or provider. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with staff and patients while documenting care accurately.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 4pm–11pm. Compensation: $29–$35/hour plus shift differential, with flexibility for additional evening hours.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience with electronic medical records and this setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and educate patients.
• Observe, document, and communicate patient status to the team.
• Develop and implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Coordinate admission, discharge and ongoing care plans.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with licensure.
