Job summary

Northpoint Recovery in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend days to support adult inpatient care. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement master treatment plans, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

This full-time weekend role offers competitive hourly pay of $29-$35 plus shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to contribute to recovery

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in Idaho.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and educate patients.
• Monitor vital signs and document in the medical record.
• Coordinate and implement treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Use de-escalation skills to ensure safety of patients and staff.
• Provide admissions, orientation, education and discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
