Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Meridian, ID weekend daytime team. You will administer medications, coordinate the master treatment plan, and communicate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care.

This full-time, on-site role offers competitive pay ($29-$35 per hour) with shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within a leading behavioral health organization.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and observe behaviors to inform the care team.
• Administer medications and provide patient education.
• Maintain safety and de-escalation to protect patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with the treatment team on plans and discharge readiness.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report needs for repairs.
