Job summary

LAUKOA seeks two full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Case Managers to provide non-clinical medical case management and administrative support to the Louisiana Army National Guard State Surgeon Office in Pineville, Louisiana.

On-site role with schedule Tue-Fri 0700-1730, supporting case management, medical readiness data entry, and coordination with Army medical providers across DoD systems. Must maintain HIPAA compliance and DoD credentialing throughout contract.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license in good standing.
• Must complete HIPAA and DoD training prior to access.
• Experience with Army National Guard medical readiness systems preferred.
• Available to work on-site in Pineville, LA Tue-Fri 0700-1730.

Responsibilities

• Review privacy rights and obtain signed releases.
• Review MEDCHART, MEDPROS, MODS for readiness events.
• Track medical status of Soldiers and update cases regularly.
• Schedule profile examinations and coordinate with medical providers.
• Educate Soldiers on medical readiness responsibilities.
