Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead daily warehouse operations, schedule planning, and team development. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure top-tier customer service while aligning with quality standards and GXO policies.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics or warehousing, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse scanners.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
