Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead daily warehouse operations and drive team performance.

You will supervise staff, deliver training, and ensure service levels meet customer expectations. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and flexibility to work overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
