Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm). You will lead a warehouse team, ensure efficient daily operations and drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and the ability to work overtime. Bilingual English/Spanish and ISO/AS9100 exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean environment.
