Zelh is a fast-growing outsourcing company seeking a Weekend Customer Operations Representative to support shipment coordination, customer updates, and operational execution across domestic and international freight.

This remote, part-time role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate data entry in the TMS, and timely updates from pickup to final delivery. You will stay ahead of issues, escalate when needed, and maintain visibility for customers and brokers.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight operations, or transportation coordination preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to provide clear, professional customer updates.
• Experience with TMS and shipment tracking tools preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and enter shipments into the TMS accurately.
• Review DOs and identify shipment requirements.
• Provide proactive shipment visibility and updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Send daily ETA updates to customers for pickups and deliveries.
• Notify customers of departures/arrivals with exact times.
• Escalate issues and coordinate recovery steps as needed.
• Coordinate import/export tracking and update customer tracking sheets.
