Job summary

Zencargo is seeking a remote Freight Operations Coordinator to support US customers. You will manage freight shipments from purchase order to delivery, coordinating with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Pricing and Procurement in a night-shift schedule (9pm–5am EST).

Responsibilities

• Manage international freight shipments end-to-end across air, sea, road, or rail.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Maintain accurate data on digital platforms to keep clients informed.
• Monitor progress and address delays to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare shipping documents (AWBs, CMRs, Bills of Lading) per requirements.
• Communicate updates and solutions clearly to clients.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and policies.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service.
• Provide client feedback to shape supply chain strategies.
