Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight, or dispatch coordination.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with email, Microsoft Teams, and office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight shipments and liaise with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Own logistics issues from identification to resolution.
• Monitor shipments, follow up on status, and update internal teams.
• Resolve delays, appointment issues, and routing problems.
• Keep accurate records and escape when needed.
