CTDI is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Knoxville, TN to oversee warehouse logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods. You will drive productivity, implement cost-effective strategies, and contribute to P&L results.

The role requires 2+ years in leadership and logistics, experience with warehouse equipment, and strong analytical skills. KT responsibilities include reporting, training, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years leadership and 2+ years logistics experience.
• Experience with warehouse distribution equipment and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team responsible for monitoring the movement of goods and maintaining inventory levels.
• Supports warehousing, distribution, inventory management strategies.
• Generates and analyzes reports to identify trends and actionable items.
• Ensures compliance with customer requirements, SLAs, and timely processing.
• Provides training to employees on procedures and processes and maintains safety standards.
• Coordinates with departments to optimize the supply chain and meets KPIs.
