Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist guests and vendors.
• Monitor access to ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points.
• Communicate effectively with property management and support teams.
• Stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Support the Lead Lobby Attendant with property-specific duties as needed.
