Responsibilities

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for service and leadership? Join Blackwell, Inc. as a Lead Lobby Attendant, where you'll be the welcoming face of our properties and a key player in delivering exceptional experiences to residents, guests, and vendors.

This role blends concierge-style service with team leadership and operational oversight. You'll supervisor Lobby Attendants, manage daily workflows, and ensure smooth property operations - all while creating a warm, professional environment.

Weekly Work Schedule
  • Days of the week: Monday - Friday
  • Start and End Time: 6:00AM - 2:00PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Lobby Attendants, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Create and manage weekly schedules, approve timesheets, and handle shift coverage.
  • Deliver personalized, high-touch service to residents, guests and vendors.
  • Train new team members through hands-on guidance and onboarding support.
  • Maintain secure access to the property and oversee deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with property management and internal departments.
  • Stay informed about local services and businesses to assist residents and guests.
  • Uphold privacy, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Support the implementation of updated policies and training materials.
  • Conduct regular team inspections and provide coaching as needed.
  • Other job duties assigned as needed.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in customer service or hospitality
    • 1+ year in a supervisory or concierge role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting writing
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
