Hilton Garden Inn Oxford AL is seeking a diligent kitchen team member to produce food products that align with hotel standards and guest expectations. You will practice safe, sanitary work habits and collaborate closely with the Kitchen Manager and General Manager.

The role requires familiarity with standard recipes, adherence to OSHA requirements, and the ability to manage a demanding shift while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of fundamental principles and procedures of food preparation.
• Ability to keep work station clean and organized.
• Familiar with standard recipes and OSHA requirements.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing job demands.
• Strong communication with Kitchen Manager and co-workers.

Aufgaben

• Produce food products that conform to hotel and ZMC Hotels standards and meet guest expectations.
• Keep work station clean and organized.
• Prepare a minimum of 200 covers in an 8 hour shift.
• Adhere to hotel/franchise and ZMC Hotels standards.
• Be familiar with and adhere to standard recipes.
• Communicate well with Kitchen Manager and co-workers.
• Follow OSHA requirements and practice safe working habits.
• Attend food handlers course as required by county.
• Complete tasks assigned by Kitchen Manager and General Manager.
• All duties must be carried out in a safe manner.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur to your job.
• Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
• Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employee issues, etc.
