Job summary

Maryland Management Company in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service. You will tour, show, and lease apartments, and help residents feel at home.

This weekend-only role requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays, reliable transportation, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities
• Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs
• Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care
• Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area
  

Requirements

• Availability to work Saturday & Sunday
• Personal, reliable transportation that you can bring to work each day, along with a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Schedule

This position is for WEEKENDS. The hours are 10:00 – 5:00 on Saturday and 12:00 – 5:00 on Sunday.
