Job summary

Maryland Management Company in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect people with their next home and deliver outstanding customer service. You will tour and lease community homes, explain floor plans and amenities, and build rapport with prospective residents throughout the leasing process.

You'll manage leasing paperwork, rent collection, and move-ins/move-outs while handling inquiries with care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Availability to work one weekend day as part of a five-day work week.
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What You’ll Do

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
