Qualifications

• ITAR compliance required; U.S. citizens or permanent residents only.
• Experience with inspection techniques preferred.
• Good mechanical dexterity and ability to use basic measuring tools.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and mechanical inspection of thermal and dry film lubed spray parts.
• Identify nonconformances prior to release of product.
• Read and interpret drawings and technical plans.
• Use basic measuring equipment accurately.
• Complete AQM and nonconformance forms.
• Release COF where no customer release agent is required.
• Perform inspection testing functions; file thickness and surface roughness specimens.
• Operate CMM, Runout and Bluelight equipment when assigned.
