Responsibilities

• Cleaning, prepping and washing dishware, silverware, glassware, pots and pans
• Ensuring chemical dispensers work and cleaning supplies are adequate
• Sweeping and mopping floors as directed
• Emptying and cleaning garbage from kitchen to dumpster
• Assisting with heavy lifting
• Daily cleaning of kitchen surfaces and appliances
• Monthly cleaning of all kitchen surfaces
• Assisting in the dining room during meal service
