Responsibilities

• Cleaning, prepping and washing dishware, silverware, glassware, pots and pans.
• Operate chemical dispensers safely and maintain cleaning supplies.
• Sweep and mop floors; empty garbage to dumpster.
• Assist with heavy lifting.
• Daily cleaning of kitchen surfaces and equipment.
• Monthly cleaning of all kitchen surfaces and appliances.
• Assist in dining room during meals and return soiled dishes to kitchen.
