Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Utah Food Handler’s permit required.
• At least 6 months previous job-specific experience.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform kitchen tasks.
• May be required to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and prepare snacks, meals and dietary needs of residents.
• Direct hands-on supervision of all kitchen operations.
• Train residents in kitchen operations.
• Purchase goods or supplies as directed.
• Maintain an inventory report of all supplies.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Observe employees and residents to ensure policy adherence.
