Red Circle Lodge in Utah seeks a dedicated direct line staff member to supervise residents on assigned units. You will model the organization’s care philosophy, communicate concerns to the Residential Director, and maintain professional interaction with clients and coworkers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of relevant experience, and current CPR/BLS and basic first aid training.

Qualificações

• High School graduation (or equivalent)
• At least 6 months prior job specific work experience
• CPR/BLS and Basic First Aid training

Responsabilidades

• Direct line staff supervision of residents on assigned units.
• Model RCL program philosophy through training and application.
• Communicate concerns and ideas through the Residential Director.
• Follow program vision, policies and procedures at all times.
• Present a professional manner in dress and communication with clients and coworkers.
• Stay current with CPR, first aid training and required trainings.
• Provide proximity and eyesight supervision of clients during shift.
• Provide safety, supervision, and containment for all clients during shift.
