Wunderlich-Malec Engineering is seeking a part-time IT Helpdesk Support Specialist for a weekend shift in Eden Prairie, MN. The role supports office and field users via phone, email, remote desktop, and desk-side assistance across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and Apple iOS, plus basic networking and troubleshooting skills. Travel to all LSC locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT experience providing user support in a complex business environment.
• Experience supporting desktop applications in a professional setting.
• Two+ years with Windows 10, Office 365, and Apple iOS.

Responsibilities

• Answer initial IT support requests; prioritize and diagnose issues.
• Resolve requests on first contact when possible.
• Contribute to technology standards, equipment, and procedures.
