Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Inventory Kitting Specialist for the weekend shift at our Huntsville, AL site. You will perform cycle counting, stocking, and kit assembly to support manufacturing of electrical and mechanical components.

The role requires at least a year in inventory control, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license. You will work with leadership on stockroom planning, and must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 1 year of inventory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work with leadership on stockroom planning and vision.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for deliveries/pickups.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counting and stock tracking of components.
• Fulfilling requests for materials and assembling kits for manufacturing.
• Operate inventory actions using corporate accounting software.
• Support materials audits and maintain organized, clean stock areas.
• Contribute to long-term stockroom planning with leadership.
