Job summary

Leidos is seeking a dedicated Inventory Coordinator to join our Defense Systems Manufacturing team. You will perform cycle counts, issue materials to jobs, and maintain inventory records across multiple sites, using Excel and inventory management software.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in manufacturing/warehouse, strong communication, high school diploma, ability to lift 35 lbs, and availability for overtime and first-shift hours (7:00–3:30) with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Report inventory issues to the Inventory Manager.
• Oversee receiving and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
• Manage inventory control for fixed assets and conduct cycle counts.
