Job summary

AlloSource in Centennial, CO is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy and support material and tissue flow across the supply chain. You will perform receiving, storage, and transaction processing using ERP and barcode systems to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires adherence to SOPs, safety practices, and GDP; you may work holidays or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years in an operational environment with safety standards.
• Two years handling inventory, movement, or fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, safety practices, and company policies while performing duties.
• Support flow, storage, and movement of materials to meet needs.
• Complete required documentation with GDP and department expectations.
• Use ERP, barcode scanners, and shipping platforms to verify transactions.
• Investigate discrepancies and elevate issues as needed.
• Adhere to PPE and proper waste handling procedures.
