Job summary

AlloSource, a leading life sciences organization headquartered in Centennial, CO, is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to strengthen inventory accuracy and support material and tissue flow across the supply chain. The role covers receiving, storage, transactions, and shipping while ensuring traceability in regulated settings.

You will work with ERP and other systems, perform cycle counts, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Quality on discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in an operational or procedural-based environment.
• 2 years’ experience in inventory handling, material movement, or order fulfillment.
• Ability to work safely with regulated waste and PPE requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between facilities if needed.
• English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, safety practices, and company policies while performing duties.
• Support flow, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods to meet needs.
• Complete documentation accurately per GDP and department expectations.
• Use ERP, barcode scanners, and shipping platforms to verify transactions and maintain traceability.
• Perform cycle counts, reconciliations, and escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records and communications with suppliers or customers.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and proper containment for regulated materials.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments with quality and internal/external teams.
