Job summary

AlloSource is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator in Centennial, CO to support integrated Supply Chain operations. You will maintain inventory accuracy, manage material flow, and complete receiving, storage, and shipping tasks in line with regulatory standards.

The role requires following GDP, using ERP and barcode systems, and working flexible shifts including holidays. Base pay is $24.50/hr with a $2.50 weekend differential; prior experience in inventory and regulatory environments is

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in an operational or procedural based environment requiring strict adherence to policies and safety standards.
• 2 years’ experience performing inventory handling, material movement, order fulfillment, or comparable operational tasks.
• Ability to work safely around regulated waste and biohazardous materials with PPE.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel between company facilities as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic English communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, safety practices, and company policies while performing duties.
• Perform supply chain tasks to support safe flow, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely per GDP and department expectations.
• Use ERP or shipping platforms to verify transactions and maintain traceability.
• Conduct inventory verification activities (cycle counts, reconciliations) and escalate discrepancies.
