Pembroke Hospital is seeking an Intake Coordinator for a Part Time role on weekends, with a 2pm–10:30pm shift for 24 hours weekly. You will work in the admissions department handling referrals from clinicians, patients, families, and managed care staff, and you will collect demographic, clinical and insurance information.

Each weekend, you’ll respond to calls, enter data into the system, and coordinate admission logistics to ensure timely care and patient comfort.

Responsabilidades

• The Intake Coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively in the admissions department responding to inpatient referral requests from clinicians, patients, family members, managed care company staff, and others.
