The position runs a compressed 36-hour weekend schedule (Fri–Sun, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM) with four weekdays off, supporting safe, reliable, and efficient operations at the Green Bay Packerland facility.

Qualifications

• Electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with electrical circuits, PLCs, AC/DC variable frequency drives, and servo drive controls.
• Two-year technical degree or completion of an apprenticeship in electro-mechanical tech.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase.
• Maintain electrical and mechanical equipment used in converting, packaging, conveying, and palletizing lines.
• Repair motors, drives, hard-wired circuits, PLCs, and safety circuits.
• Use ladder logic, schematics, and testing tools to identify issues safely.
• Perform planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance; uphold safety policies.
