Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Mechanical) for the Green Bay Packerland facility on a weekend shift. The role supports equipment reliability through electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and precision maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

Eligible for a $5,000 retention bonus after 12 months. Work a compressed 36-hour weekend schedule (Fri–Sun, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM) with four weekdays off.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in electro-mechanical technology or related field or completion of an apprenticeship.
• Experience in industrial maintenance environment preferred, including electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase.
• Diagnose and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment in converting, packaging, conveying, and palletizing operations.
• Repair and replace motors, drives, and control circuits; use PLCs and ladder logic for problem solving.
