Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in Independence, OH is hiring caregivers and CNAs with weekend day shift availability. You will provide daily living assistance, monitor medications, assist with ADLs, and document care while collaborating with a compassionate team to uphold clients’ dignity and independence.

This on-site role requires at least 1 year of caregiving experience, strong English communication, and a patient, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in a facility or home.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

• Support clients with mobility and prescribed exercises.
• Foster a compassionate and respectful relationship to protect dignity and independence.
• Document care provided and communicate with supervisors and family members to enhance care quality.
