Camden County College (CCC) is seeking a Career and Technical Institute Instructor for HVAC at the Blackwood Campus in New Jersey. The role requires delivering instruction on Fridays 6pm-10pm and Saturdays/Sundays 9am-3pm, with curricula designed to prepare students for entry-level HVAC employment.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in HVAC, teaching experience preferred, and hold OSHA 10 and EPA 608 certifications, with a NJ Master HVACR Contractor license preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the HVAC field.
• Proficient written communication skills for reports and evaluations.
• Strong verbal communication skills for classroom instruction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction aligned with the approved curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans that support student learning outcomes and workforce readiness.
• Organize and maintain instructional materials, tools, equipment, and inventories.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, including grading and attendance tracking.
• Provide timely feedback on student performance and participation.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards, laws, and regulations and integrate into daily instruction.
• Communicate with school staff regarding student progress.
• Model professionalism and respect to contribute to a positive school culture.
