Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Part-time Resident Assistant for weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM–8 PM) to support safety and administrative operations in the program facility.

The role involves monitoring security systems, assisting residents, recording payments, conducting room inspections, and maintaining incident logs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with CPR/First Aid preferred, and prior housing or mental health experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to set and enforce boundaries.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Adult CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• General safety and security of the facility, including monitoring video surveillance, fire systems, and exits.
• Provide non-clinical support to residents in treatment and recovery from mental illness and homelessness.
• Make interior and exterior checks of the premises and enforce program rules.
• Receive and record resident payments for meals and other fees.
• Monitor guests, sign-in/out, and report behaviors; prepare incident reports as needed.
• Assist with room inspections and maintain shift logs; coordinate with Front Desk and Pool staff as required.
• May assist with janitorial or kitchen duties when staffing is insufficient.
• Adhere to Association policies and serve as a wellness role model.
