Colwen Hotels is seeking a dependable Part-Time Weekend Maintenance Technician for Residence Inn/Fairfield Inn Annapolis. The role covers repairs, preventive maintenance, and servicing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems in a dual-brand hotel.

The position operates 3:00 PM - 11:0PM on weekends with on-site work at 200 Taylor Ave, Annapolis, MD. Benefits include medical, vision, FSA, 401K, and hotel discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs for the hotel, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry.
• Inspect and identify equipment in need of repair.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Plan repair work using blueprints or manuals as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance of building systems and preventative maintenance programs.
• Adhere to Colwen and brand standards.
• Collaborate with supervisor to complete technical projects.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
