Concord Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our engineering team. You will keep all hotel equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventive maintenance checks, supporting the Chief Engineer as needed.

This part-time weekend role requires initial training during weekdays. Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour based on experience, with opportunities to contribute to safety and guest satisfaction efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, drywall, and residential or commercial repair preferred.
• Ability to perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Familiarity with emergency procedures and job safety analysis guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all hotel equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds tasks.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff by following safety standards.
