The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, with a focus on guest areas and hotel facilities.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, responding to issues promptly, and ensuring safety standards are met. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ maintenance experience in a commercial or residential environment preferred.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills.
• Meet minimum age requirements; may need a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair carpet, wall covering, furniture, and lighting in guest rooms and public areas.
• Repair and maintain equipment in laundry, guest rooms, and public spaces.
• Inspect and repair irrigation, plumbing, and pool systems.
• Maintain pool area and pool equipment; ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Report status and needs to supervisor and complete other duties as assigned.
