Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain hotel equipment and perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance. You will support the engineering team and help the Chief Engineer with building and grounds tasks.

Safety is a priority as you ensure a safe environment for guests and staff, provide courteous service, and assist other departments when needed. Weekend part-time availability is required during training and ongoing shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance tasks including routine repairs and preventive checks.

Responsibilities

• Keep all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventive maintenance checks.
• Assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to guests and be accommodating to requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.
