Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a part-time Hotel Houseperson / Maintenance Attendant for the Residence Inn in Overland Park, KS. The position combines cleaning, basic repairs, and guest services on weekends to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Complete routine maintenance and basic repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Respond to guest and team requests for supplies and maintenance.
Support housekeeping with linen delivery and restocking.
Help address property needs to create a safe, welcoming environment.
