Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or maintenance is a plus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC assistance.

• Support housekeeping with linen delivery, restocking supplies, and heavier cleaning tasks.
• Identify and address property needs to create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
