Residence Inn Kansas City Olathe is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms, ensuring standards are met and guest comfort is prioritized. The role involves efficient cleaning, linen changes, and attentive service to guests throughout shifts.

You will work as part of the housekeeping team, following safety guidelines and contributing to high guest satisfaction. Experience in housekeeping and English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures; clean walls and equipment.
• Notify managers about repair needs in rooms.
• Handle guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Follow safety practices and use protective equipment.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when needed.
• Strive for high guest satisfaction and service excellence.
