Latin Bites Kitchen in Woodway, Houston, is seeking a friendly weekend host to greet guests, coordinate seating, and help maintain a smooth dining room flow. This part-time role offers a welcoming workplace and opportunities to learn and grow within our restaurant group.

You will handle reservations, manage waitlists, assist with takeout when needed, and introduce guests to their server by name. Availability Friday to Sunday is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service or restaurant experience preferred, but training is available.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with guests.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Responsible, punctual and organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide brief intro to first-time visitors.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating.
• Seat guests per server rotation.
• Introduce guests to their server by name.
• Notify servers/managers when guests are seated.
• Answer calls and share general information.
• Keep host area tidy and menus stocked.
• Relay guest requests to the service team.
• Assist with takeout and other front-of-house duties.
