Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to greet visitors, check them in, and relay presence to staff. This part-time role requires answering multi-line phone lines and directing calls to appropriate staff or units of the hospital.

The candidate will perform administrative tasks such as organizing patient charts, assisting units with visitor coordination, and inputting daily charges. A 90-day probation and two weeks' notice on resignation are required.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls within three rings and directs calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greets and assists all visitors, patients & vendors ensuring sign-in on Visitor Sign-In Sheet.
• Assists units with coordination of visitors, paging and administrative tasks.
• Codes and inputs daily charges accurately and performs filing duties or chart organization as needed.
• Files paperwork in patient files in a prompt and accurate manner.
