Job summary

Hospice of the Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide one‑to‑one home care visits under the patient’s plan of care. The role is based in the East Clinical Homecare Office, with a 36‑hour workweek and a 7a‑7p Day shift on Sat/Sun/Mon.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to educate patients and families, assess pain and symptoms, and support patients’ quality of life in home or facility settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year of recent medical, surgical or critical care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Solution‑driven, detail oriented with good follow‑through.
