Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, one-on-one hospice care in patients' homes, supporting families during end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• VermontRN license and hospice/palliative care interest
• Minimum two years med-surg/acute care; at least one year hospice
• Home visits require VT driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and local physicians to optimize quality of life.
