Job summary

Four Seasons provides nursing coverage to patients and families in Buncombe County and surrounding areas, including admission to hospice services as needed. You will assess health needs, respond to after-hours calls, and coordinate with case managers and other providers.

This full-time role requires NC RN license, 2 years of clinical experience, and the ability to work flexible hours. You will supervise staff and ensure compliant, patient-centered care under HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in North Carolina is required and preferred.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and coordinate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing coverage to patients and families in hospice services.
• Serve as first responder for after-hours symptom-based calls.
• Coordinate with case managers and other providers for patient care.
• Assess physical and mental health and document findings.
• Teach and supervise other personnel involved in treatment.
• Ensure safe and compliant nursing care and infection control.
