Job summary

Four Seasons seeks a Registered Nurse to provide nursing coverage for patients in home health and hospice programs, including after-hours calls and in-person visits. You will assess health needs, coordinate care, and educate patients and families while ensuring safe, compliant nursing practice across Macon County.

The role reports to the Clinical Team Leader and requires current NC RN licensure with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• HIPAA privacy rules and regulations.
• Ability to assess patient health status and plan nursing care.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and nursing processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing coverage to patients and families in home health and hospice settings.
• Act as first responder for after-hours calls from current patients.
• Coordinate with case managers and other healthcare providers.
• Deliver and evaluate nursing care and treatments.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Supervise and mentor other staff involved in nursing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
