Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a CNA to deliver high-quality personal care to patients with chronic or serious conditions in Buncombe County. You will follow the written plan of care, assist with daily activities, and support the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, compliant service.

The role requires a NC CNA certificate, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within surrounding areas. There is a stable, 40-hour week with daytime shifts and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Valid NC CNA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per plan of care.
• Coordinate hospice care with RN and interdisciplinary team.
• Collect data for ongoing interdisciplinary assessments.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Support patient and family education.
• Maintain chart documentation in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• Read, interpret and apply laws and regulations.
